I work with leaders to develop the team's ways of working as a unit that generates more value than its constituent parts. Team coaching engagements are designed with the team leader for the specifics of what we’re solving for. Typically challenges are around getting everyone on the team to give due priority to team goals; managing conflict; inviting everyone on the team to contribute and feel like they matter.
Team coaching can help project- or initiative-based teams as well as the more traditional organizational unit.
